The Monterey Peninsula Water Management District held Listening Sessions in January 2019 to explain the implementation of Rule 19.8, Ordinance 180, which included the policy of the District to secure and maintain public ownership of all water production, storage and delivery system assets and infrastructure providing services within its territory.
