COMMITTEES
MCPOA has several committees that address issues facing Commercial Property Owners in Monterey. Every member of MCPOA is welcome to participate in one or more of these committees. It is our goal to involve as many MCPOA members as possible.​
The role of the Water Issues Committee is to facilitate the discussion and review of water projects, wastewater and environmental issues which impact the businesses and interests of the MCPOA membership.

The Membership Committee monitors all aspects of membership, including retention, membership growth, education and outreach, and ensuring a meaningful MCPOA membership experience.

The Urban Planning Committee collaborates with businesses, developers, residents, and other entities to encourage enhancements that are consistent with the unique characteristics of the City of Monterey.

The Special Events Committee adds value to a member's relationship with MCPOA by providing specialized events for members to attend and expand their knowledge and contacts.
