MCPOA Policy Roundtable: Housing & Economic Vitality

The Monterey Commercial Property Owners Association recently convened local business, property, and community leaders for a Policy Roundtable focused on housing, economic vitality, and the future of Monterey.

We are grateful to the participants who shared their time, experience, and perspective. The goal of the Roundtable was to create a collaborative forum where practical ideas and balanced solutions could emerge through open and constructive dialogue.

Participants engaged in facilitated breakout discussions exploring key challenges and opportunities related to housing and development. Insights from these discussions will help inform MCPOA’s Candidate Forum this fall, ensuring the conversation reflects the priorities identified by Monterey’s business and property community.
